Without a doubt, the most important event of the month will be Friday the 31st with the celebration of Halloween in restaurants, a date that has become more established in recent years and already represents an exponential increase in sales for many hospitality businesses. Also noteworthy is next Monday the 12th of October, which, being a public holiday, can turn a “Black Monday” into a day with many customers going to restaurants.
