The media continue to echo our sustainable and healthy constructions, not only because of the benefit they represent for the Environment, but also because of the energy efficiency and the corresponding savings they offer.
Last Sunday, August 6, the news ofTelemadrid broadcast this report in our home/showroom in Guadalix de la Sierra:
The key to energy efficiency, building well.
Thanks to the bioclimatic design , the use of good insulation (always natural and recycled, such as: sheep's wool, hemp, cellulose) and the use of controlled ventilation systems (among others) we achieve an airtight home Svalbard and Jan Mayen Islands Email List that makes the most of the heat in Summer. and the cold in winter. This reduces consumption considerably and maintains a comfortable temperature throughout the year with minimal expenditure , resulting in savings of up to €3,000 per year compared to a conventionally built home. This house consumes €50 in the energy bill including: air conditioning hot water, lighting, computers, televisions, etc.
All of this is already part of our construction standard in our wooden houses and thus we manage to obtain almost zero consumption homes as a result.
From here we want to thank many media outlets that are beginning to realize the importance of sustainability, respect for the environment and health in construction.

European regulations: Directive 2010/31/EU on energy efficiency.
All our homes have an A energy rating. We also work with the strictest efficiency standards such as passivhaus . This energy efficiency certificate was awarded to our showroom home in 2015.
Directive 2010/31/EU regarding the integrated energy efficiency of buildings or building units requires a methodology for calculating energy efficiency in aspects such as: Building thermal installations, thermal capacity, insulation, air conditioning installations, environmental conditions interiors.
Our constructions comply with European regulations, which gives our homes and buildings added value since as of 2020 all newly built buildings must comply with these requirements.

The main objective of this directive is to ensure that buildings with almost zero consumption are built , that is, with a very high level of energy efficiency, whose energy is mostly covered by renewable energy sources. All this before December 31, 2020.
A sustainable and efficient home, a safe value.

It is very necessary that we all take into account the importance of having an efficient home , in which it is possible to obtain maximum comfort without having to spend money on heating or air conditioning, reducing energy consumption considerably and also respecting the health of those who live there. They live in it and in our environment. Homes and buildings that contribute to solving the problems of climate change .
Today it is possible to achieve an energy efficient home and it will be increasingly important in the future due to the high energy bill costs that we all suffer and the regulations that are around the corner. Many times we do not take energy efficiency into account when making the final decision about our future home, but the savings it represents multiplied by the years in which the home will be enjoyed represent an important value in that decision.
